Short version: this website does not track you, and we only use your details to answer you.
Who we are
Trans Connecta Limited (“Transconnecta”), BP 11004, Douala, Cameroon, is responsible for this website and for personal information you send us.
What this website collects
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers and has no user accounts.
The quote form does not send data to our servers: it opens WhatsApp with a message that you choose to send. Your language preference is remembered in your own browser only.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you contact us
If you write or call, we receive the details you provide — for example your name, phone number, e-mail address and shipment information. We use them to reply, prepare quotations, perform the services you order and meet legal obligations such as customs and tax rules.
We share shipment details only with the parties needed to perform the service (carriers, customs brokers, delivery partners and authorities) and never sell personal information.
Retention and your rights
We keep business records for as long as the law requires and delete enquiries that do not lead to a service after a reasonable period.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to info@transconnecta.com.
