Quotations and services
A service is agreed only when Transconnecta confirms a quotation or contract in writing. Carriage, customs brokerage and delivery may be performed by subcontractors acting under Transconnecta’s responsibility, subject to the applicable conventions, laws and the conditions stated in the quotation.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide about their goods and for complying with import, export and prohibited-goods rules.
Intellectual property
The Transconnecta name, logo and the content of this website belong to Trans Connecta Limited. Third-party names and marks are the property of their owners and are mentioned for identification only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon and the applicable OHADA Uniform Acts.
