Transconnecta was founded in 2009 and spent years hauling freight across Central Africa with its own articulated trucks. In 2026 we return with everything we learned — and a lighter, faster model.
Our story
Trans Connecta Limited was incorporated in Buea, in Cameroon’s South-West Region, in September 2009 to provide transport and logistics, import-export and representation services.
For years we operated our own articulated trucks on the routes that supply Central Africa — north to Chad, east to the Central African Republic, and along the coast. We learned every checkpoint, every rainy-season detour, and which partners deliver on their word.
In the early 2020s we parked the fleet and paused operations. It gave us time to look hard at the business. The conclusion was simple: what customers valued was never our trucks — it was our coordination, our relationships and our accountability.
So Transconnecta returns in 2026 as an asset-light operator based in Douala. We contract capacity from carriers we have known for over a decade, and we put our energy into control, compliance and customer service — ready to serve shippers directly and to be the local arm of international networks entering Central Africa.

Founder & General Manager
Founder of Trans Connecta Limited and its General Manager since 2009. Born in Bamenda and based in Douala, he built the company’s trucking operation across Central Africa and leads its relaunch as an asset-light logistics operator.
